So weigh in is tonight and I am a little nervous. Since I have gone back to work I haven't been working out and I haven't been following my calories as closely. I am afraid that this will reflect on the scale. I have been running around like crazy at work so maybe that will help. I need to find a balance but I haven't figured it out yet. Brainstorming will occur this weekend for sure! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Good luck! Sorry, it's hard to think of ideas when I know so little about your lifestyle. Maybe as I get to know you better through posts I could make suggestions though. Another option is to look at mine and my followers blogs. We're all participating in a 'weight loss competition' so they are focused on fitness, what works for us and doesn't, how to best track food, etc etc. Again, good luck!
